We hiked a couple different areas of the Towpath Trail. It's one long trail that doesn't loop around, so if you plan on hiking it, either make sure you know the train schedule or have a plan to get back to your car somehow. We...More

Great traveling along the canal/Cuyahoga River in the National Park. Go one way and hop the train for $3 to retun to your car.

Lock is located close to parking. You don't have to bike to it to see it. Great to see a piece from the past. Lovely trails all around the lock as well.

Wish we had such a great recreation path near our home! Great for hiking, biking, running, strolling. Pretty views and tons of history with every step. Great to see the abundance of use by locals.

Loved biking this trail. We started in Peninsula and ended at the Canal Exploration Center. With a seven-year-old this turned into a much slower ride with frequent stops but everyone had a great time. This is a crowded, much used trail (we were there on...More

I rented a bike in Penninsula and then rode north for 7 miles to Bozman, jumped on the south bound train to Brecksville and then rode back to Penninsula. It was a very pleasant ride and a great way to see the National Park.
