The quayside is a nice place for a stroll. As it was a nice day, I enjoyed walking around this historic area, imagining the days of old. A pleasant walk from there along the river to the Town Bridge and High Street. Recommended if you happen to be in Bridgwater, although not a sufficient reason by itself to visit this nice little town. …

Although the docks are not big they are a revisit to the towns past and much of the dock infrastructure remains, such as stones now forming a pathway and the metal pillars that they tied the boats to when docking. It won't take long to view it all but it's worth a quick visit to do so.…

Often missed, it's a nice little walk around before you can go on the Bridgwater and Taunton canal. Kids love to look at the boats and fish. Unfortunately some people think it's a good idea to dump rubbish in the water 😡 maybe more bins would be a good idea
