I went there because my dad had been a sapper and had no idea what I would find. On arrival I could see that the lovely premises themselves were going to be worth the visit, and the huge display of Royal Engineers armoured vehicles outside...More

Plenty to see at this very interesting and informative military museum. Very easy to spend 2-3 hours looking around. Well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend.

Went here as it was next to the hotel we were staying in and we are both ex military. I thought the entrance charge a bit step, BUT, no it is worth every penny and it’s a charity to. Had a great time. Super coffee...More

Good job the weather was rubbish, otherwise we would not have visited. Very well laid out and historically very interesting. The VC exhibition in particular was fascinating. Well worth the price.

very interesting museum, kid friendly, had dressing up cloths which the kids like, and push button activities. Extra activity of making a poppy, which they displayed in the museum, my granddaughter loved this.
