This little corner of the world is so peaceful. Stand a while and breathe in the heady pine fragrance, catch the scamper of a red squirrel or look down over the sparkling sea with the bobbing boats. Nothing to do except enjoy it’s serenity.

If you are looking for a great wooded walk with a coastal views this is a great place to visit. It starts near the village of Shalfleet and leads to the charming village of Yarmouth .A breath of fresh air literally - forest and sea aroma, great mix. When you want to get away from noise, pollution and computers, this is a treat.

Beautiful unspoilt woodland offering a home to countless wildlife. Ex MOD land so it has a series of bunkers (all unsafe to explore at the moment) build as pre war precautions.

Education centre on site running forest school events too.
