We have visited this museum a few times, the museum itself could be considered not particularly entertaining, except for the terraforming simulator sand box, but it is a decent museum for a small town. The good part really is the tour of the buildings outside,...More

I understand it is cool to just have dinosaur bones, but this place is boring. The price was ok, that made up for the museum. I actually liked the the history museum within the building better.

A lot of things to see here. A good way to spend a few hours if you are a history buff or like dinosaurs,

This was a nice museum but smaller than I expected. The fossils and dinosaur exhibit were interesting but I didn't really care for the regional museum. Nothing particularly noteworthy in the history of Dickinson that made it very interesting.

Our toddler is a huge dinosaur fan right now so we figured what better place than the Dakotas where some have been found. Our older girls also enjoyed the visit. It was $20 to get in and I think we spent about 45 minutes walking...More

The artifacts on display were of good quality and very interesting. Yes, the museum is small, but so is the town of Dickinson. The docents are outstanding and I learned a great deal.
