This local museum is located in the old courthouse, built about 1908. The displays are professionally done and are very informative about the history of the area. There is also a desk providing information for visitors where maps and brochures are available. Clean restrooms!

When you are in the area, go see this museum. Two floors with elevator if necessary. Displayed very well with alot of information. Free with donation container. You could spend an hour or so there and learn about the area.

Very helpful volunteers on the first floor. The second floor was well laid out and realistic with a log cabin. We learned so much about area history.
