This is a nice thing to see as it is famous in Mauritius. Unfortunately it is a very crowded place and it is said that it may fall over one day due to erosion. You can snorkel around but there are no fish as it...More
The views are beautiful here if you can get a moment where the boats aren't speeding past the iconic Crystal Rock and the waters are indeed very clear and very shallow however, there aren't many tropical fish to see and the corals are dwindling :-(...More
We took a boat from Riu Creole to Crystal Rock for snorkelling. On our first stop, we saw quite a lot of fish, but at the rock we did not see much. But, the sea is beautiful and pleasant to just hang around and enjoy...More
So after seeing that this is a popular visit to do we added this along our dolphin watching. It does look nice and it is fairly unique but after a few minutes that’s it, the only saving grace to get 4* is there are some...More
Took a 2 hour speed boat cruise to snorkel and see the finish on our way we passed by the Crystal Rock. Truly an amazing natural scene and a must see if you pass by the area but definitely not something you should pay extra...More
Hired a kayak and paddled out to here. The only thing that could've made it more relaxing and idyllic would have been to visit here when the bigger tourist boats were elsewhere. That said, it's pretty picture-perfect and you can dive around it's perfectly crystal...More
The Crystal Rock is lovely natural attraction in Le Morne however I wouldn't pay to see it on it's own.

It's sunny; usually around 26 degrees but some times it's quiet windy (which is great for kite surfing though) It is winter season and some days there are random showers but they don't last long 😊
Enjoy your trip!!

Hi. We went at the end of a boat trip from Lux* Le Morne, the resort where we were staying and which organised the boat trips to see dolphins. There is a public beach right by it though that you could get there from. Other people had also got there through kayaking or stand up paddle boards which were available at that part of the beach. Hope that helps.
