Great value for money. Day and half day excursions with or without boat. Great, helpful crew on the boat. Hassan was able to give me security on my 1. Arrange snorkeling trip so I felt totally comfortable. He patiently introduced us to the beautiful underwater world and drew our attention to many things. Thank you, I enjoyed it and will come back Thank you

Very good diving center. Currently located at Flamenco Beach Resort, but from November 2023 in the neighboring Silver Beach hotel. Correct service, friendly staff. House reef El Quseir is great. Recommended.

The experience in the diving center was really great. We did the PADI OWD and our instructor was really friendly and open. Also the rest of the dive center was really helpful and always ready for a little chitchat

I went diving with this center for two days during new year and I really enjoyed it. The dive sites in Qusair are beautiful and not like anything I have seen in Egypt. Well worth the visit. Equipment was good so was the organization. Trips were always on time. Staff are very polite and helpful. The guides are professional and know what they are doing. I went diving with Yasser who was great! Would definitely go again and again!!

With crying ladys, I do not mean the staff of the diving center... but let me tell u.
First at all I don´t get the pricing in this diving center. Around 30 Euro for a buddy dive incl tank on the reef. If u want a guide, add 5 more euros.
I don´t compare egypt with other countries, but how can u guys charge 30 euros only for a tank? Why does a guide only worth 5 euros? Kidding?
And anyway why do u charge in euros? It is egypt, not germany...
The equipments are very poor maintained. One guy returned his regulators for three time cuz some malfunctions. I think they didn´t fix but just put it back in the shop. Well done!
There is one woman in this store where answers all questions with " I have 2500 dive, I do it that way... have 2500 dives, thats why blablablaaa"
Hilarious!
Lets go to the crying ladys: One dive trip = three crying customers... sounds like a joke, it is not.
First part: One staff forced her to wear 25kg lead. They counted according to her age. Yep, I got the joke. But the girl refused many times and asked to stop, cuz she was alrdy pretty nervous. She got very afraid of this dive guide, cuz he tried to be the cool sarcastic man, but at the totally wrong moment.
The girl got that nervous cuz the guide didn´t stop to tease her, so she started to cry.
I had my dive with my buddy and when we came back, two other girls were crying.
One german guy and the guide had a loud verbal fight. Nobody took care to the girls...
The story behind: They had their first check up dive. In the check up dive they check some skills like removing regulator, mask etc.
The guide first had the dive with them and in the end of the dive he asked them to do the skills.
One girl had only 20 bar left (yeah we checked later her tank, it was 10bar in the end) and refused to do the skills. He kept her under water and forced her to do the skills. Of course they got panicked...
On the shore he started to fight with the brother of one of the girl. One disgusting sentence " U didn´t pay for a guide, only for the check up and that is what I have to do. And I have 2500 dives (again?) and experienced enough to see the risks... blabla"
AWFULLLLL!!!!! Ok guys, next time bring 5 euros in ur dive jacket to pay the "guide", so he keeps u alive.
One thing I also don´t like on this diveshop. The female staff loooves to gossip. They gossip about divers, gossip about other dive stores, gossip about dumb customers and and and.
Let´s see how they make up my review, so they can gossip about that as well!
Ok following u have to consider:
1. This shop belongs to an Austrian, also that´s why we pay in euro. If u have only dollars, search for an American shop... they might count in $
2. Scuba tanks probably be made of titan or platin... that´s why we pay 30euro for it.
3. Guides are crap, that´s why only 5 euro for them
4. Bring enough tissues, therefore u might cry in this shop
5.1 Be sure u respect the 2500 dives of the workers, they are pretty proud of that
5.2 if a diver has to show his amount of dives, it only shows the lack of knowledge
6. Bring enough coins or a credit card to the guided dives, so u can bribe the guide to keep u alive
7. Return your regulator at the beginning alrdy for three times to be sure u got a working one.
8. Learn some nice gossip topic in case u like to have a chat with the staff. U can also gossip about urself, cuz u are a customer
9. Again, the guides and divemasters has over 2500 dives...

We honestly have to admit that this report hit us hard, because we think that we have not earned such a presentation and idiom.
We will not badmouth this report; instead, we accept the constructive criticism, but we would like to present some issues from our point of view and for the issues which are – let’s put it in friendly word: a bit exaggerated; we would like to state the facts.
We do not know why the author thinks that the 28 € (not 30 €) for a house reef dive with us is the charge “only for the filled tank”. There is a large infrastructure to ensure the house reef diving and every diver will confirm that things like clean air, a well-maintained compressor, regularly checked tanks, clean water to rinse the equipment, a clear and safe drying room (with night security) are important to him. Our staff receives a regular salary and last not least – our premises within the hotel area are not for free; we have to pay a monthly rent – believe it or not.
At each dive site there is a divemaster who takes care of the proper handling of the equipment which is transported to the pier, keeps the briefings and is available as a contact person. If a diver wants to be guided there is an additional charge of 5 €. This procedure is pretty much standard in the region and is based on the fact that experienced divers do not necessarily have to dive with guide. If many guiding is desired or needed, the staffing needs to be extended. We think that 5 € is a fair additional charge.
Our prices are absolutely normal for the region and moreover, it is customary to settle in euros. This is 1) because we work for a predominantly European target group and 2) because many things like rent and salaries are billed and paid in euros as well.
However, what we absolutely negate is the statement that we would force divers to use 25 kg of lead and that we force them to stay under water. That is simply wrong! Perhaps the reason for this statement is also due to the fact that the visit of the author is already more than half a year ago; maybe a too long time for a proper memory. There is nothing more to say regarding this issue.
The case described here, which involves a check to be carried out at the end of the dive, is still remembered. This non-standard procedure to remove the mask at the end of the dive and demonstrate the regaining of the regulator was based on the concern of the diver. It was discussed before the dive. The differences of opinion were clarified afterwards. The group of the girl continued to dive with us and drove home very satisfied.
Well-maintained equipment is something we guarantee for. We have a very well-equipped workshop and our own service technician. Malfunctioning equipment never is given out again without detailed inspection. Our workshop and maintenance lists can be viewed by any guest upon request.
Regarding the reproach of gossiping, we can only say that the person in question no longer works with us and we are sorry something like that happened. It is totally against our personal attitude and our years of experience as a service leader to talk bad or gossip about third parties! Our aim is to do a good job and measure ourselves with the satisfaction of our customers. Most of our customers drive home happy, like to come back again and again, feel comfortable with us and appreciate our service.

Very nice and friendly diving center. All the staff welcome you and you can feel very secured with the guide. The equipement is checked and prepared by Yousseff with great attention. The dive sites are well-known by each guide and we specially thank our favorite guide Eslam for his professionnalism and his friendship. The boat used for full day trip is clean and comfortable. The dives from the house reef are different every day and we crossed some dolphins also.
at the beginning you have a box with all your equipment. and also a dry room for your wet equipment after the dive. There is a small shower if needed after the dive.
After your dive you can take a tea or coffee with the staff, every time with smile and joke. Every body played and joked with our 7 years son. They really take care of us.
we kindly appreciated all moments spent in this dive center and we hope to come back soon.
Inch'allah !!

Both my boys did a bubble dive course with a chap named Marco. He was super friendly and very patient with the boys, but focused their attention. They did a lovely dive from a walk in beach just a few miles drive from the dive centre. I also dived with the boys on a second dive and the instructor was excellent, despite my lack of recent diving. A lovely diving centre.

The title says it all really...the Flamenco dive centre were friendly and catered for new divers like myself.
I would not have felt the same level of safety if diving with the Moevenpick. How can you trust your life to someone who can't even speak in a civillized manner?
The Flamenco arranged a trip to Abu Dabab, which was amazing and beautiful, and I felt well looked after.

Cześć!
na kurs należy zrozumieć przynajmniej angielski. Mamy kolejną szkołę nurkowania w ABu Dabab. Tam mamy instruktora nurkowania, który mówi również po polsku.

I am booked to stay at el Flamenco as a non-diver, with my husband who, funnily enough, is a diver. My question is.... does this resort have a bar? Please let me know ASAP. Ta!

Hello Fiona,
at Flamenco Resort are two bars. One in the lobby and one in the pool area.
Looking forward to see you soon in Egypt.
