There is the Old State House which you take a tour of(about 20-25 minute) and then a museum with history of Kingston and a art gallery with paintings of a local artist from the 1700-1800's. Very informative and interesting history which even as a lifetime...More

We were on a Revolutionary War Road Trip and stopped in Kingston for a few of the historical sites. The Senate House was one of them. It is on a peaceful little property and was well worth the stop!

Interesting tour of the site...lots of stairs in the visitor's center can be tiring and the bathroom downstairs was a challenge, but history was valuable and staff were helpful.

We went for the burning of Kingston event, and had about an hour to go through the Senate house. Very informative, and nicely done. You could do the tour yourself, or have a guided tour. Either way, the building was beautiful.
