    Shop till you drop
We used their bus service to get there which took about 1 hour to get there but nearly double that to get back onto Manhattan due to traffic. This is a massive site with some great shops and brands to choose from. Stone Island Mont Cleu plus other designer brands had queues to get in but the majority we a breeze to get in and out. Some real bargains to be had but plenty of dross too.

    Horrendously rude
My goodness, what horrendously rude staff at the visitor 'welcome' office. My husband stumbled slightly in asking about the discount book and the staff member immediately interrupted him to say 'lets not make this into a speech'. We were totally shocked and embarrassed in how he spoke to us with utter disrespect. Disgraceful start to an otherwise good day. This needs addressed. I am not sure the name of the individual but we arrived on the 11.30 am from NYC on a Coach USA bus

Great shopping experience in New York
We arrived to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets by bus from New York Port Authority Bus Terminal; ticket USD 40 per person. The outlet mall is a huge shopping area so please be ready to walk a lot. WiFi is available within the mall and inside the shops. There are various clothing, shoes, bags, watches, jewellery, and accessories brands suit everyone. Many restaurants are available in the food hall and within the outlet area. We had lunch at Shake Shack, which was really great experience.

    Very enjoyable experience
My wife and I stopped at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in April 2024. We arrived at around 10 am. First we visited the Market Hall, food court and information (to get a map). Then we walked around for around an hour. Woodbury Common is a massive place with a huge number of stores. I went to the New Balance outlet and got some new sneakers. I also had a latte at the Starbucks and waited for my wife. It was an enjoyable experience.

Woodbury Commons is a large outdoor mall.
I always enjoy the ability to go to Woodbury Commons. There are many roads which intersect just before a person reaches this venue. There is much parking space, but these parking lots can often get very full. This facility is huge, and it may be wise to frequently look at some of the maps. I have often found many of these stores to be very expensive, but I have gotten some great merchandise from these stores, such as an abundance of clothing. I definitely get great exercise from the prolific amount of the distance in which I walk. This venue can definitely get crowded, and there are many diverse cultures of people who visit this area. There are also many restaurants for people to dine.

    Too top end for bargains
We visited here many years ago when the ÂŁ had some purchasing power. Not anymore though and this top end factory outlet (think Bicester Village on steroids for UK folk) holds no real bargains. However, we were in the area and decided to visit again. It was quiet and easy to park close to a major entrance and most of the shops were quiet too. We did spot some dollar friendly outlets however and to our surprise and pleasure got some well priced items. The food court is impressive with some interesting outlets but we weren't hungry so did not partake.

    HOURS OF SHOPPING
I visited and reviewed here once before but I have more to talk about. The deals are very good and there are quite a variety of shops to choose from. The food we had was from Kung Pao which tasted good but instead of giving us BBQ chicken they put some other chicken in our plate. It was too late to exchange it. I love the Pinkberry since they are not too many frozen yogurt places in malls in the city. They still do not have a Lego store or any toy store which will be great if they did. Many families come with their kids so the management should consider opening a toy store and a Lego store also. The mall is just one hour and a half from Queens, NY and the parking is free.

Good range of products and brands, but dont expect bargains or good prices.
Good range of products and brands..... and nice eating options. But bargains were few and far between..... were there to fill 3 suitcases, and barely could fill a handluggage.... prices were about the same as ordinary shops and seldom any special offers. Saks OFF 5th. Solar power should be collected on rooftops of parkinglot so cars could be in the shade. Nice to see gucci, brioni and high end brands have own shops.... maybe got connotations of word wrong, expecting outlet to signify good prices... anyone feeling thrifty for bargains try Marshalls and save time travelling.. Thankfully there is a playpen..

    Great outlet mall
Must be one of the best outlets in country. Extremely well organized and easy to get around. Plenty of clean bathrooms and great food court. Surprising as to how many people come with empty luggage and leave overweight

    More expensive than London
Go the bus from New York $51.75 + taxes return. We came here 15 years ago and remembered the great bargains, this time, nearly all the supposed 'outlet' stores were more expensive than London retail stores. We went into Coach for a bag for my daughter, who, who sent me the screenshot of the one she wanted and the bag back in London was ÂŁ290, the exact same bag was $450 + tax, more than ÂŁ60 MORE!! The same with Pandora, Paul Smith, Nike & more Save your money & enjoy NY if you're a tourist & if you're American, come to London & see another great city & if you come when the sales are on, you'll enjoy it even more. See you all soon in London.

Spent hours in the bus, super exited after reading good reviews online, only to return back with one pair of socks from Tommy Hilfiger, super dissapointed, empty shopping bag. Poor quality and all in all expensive goods. We ended up doing all our shopping at TKMax in New York city in stead, where prices was half of the outlet prices, espesially Kalvin Clein and Michael Kors was priced high at the outlet. The only great place at Woodbury is a small house in the middle of the outlet where you can buy hot Apple vider with Bourbon and drown your sorrows over not finding anything to buy.

I actually visited in September 2019, however due to travelling all over the world for the last 12 months, I am just in the process of writing all the reviews. This is my second visit to to the outlet – the first was back in May 2015 – and it’s exactly as I remember it. It’s easy to get the bus from the city to upstate New York, it only takes about an hour. There’s additional coupons available to pick up at the customer service desk when you arrive and plenty of shops that you could easily spend hours here. The clothes in America are already so much cheaper than the UK so the discounted extras are just a bonus! I would definitely recommend a visit to this place.

We have visited Woodbury Common Premium Outlets many times over the past 30 years and witnessed its growth and increased popularity. Located about an hour north of New York City, WCPO is just off the New York State Thruway and is an easy stopover for those driving to upstate New York or Canada. To avoid crowds of shoppers, we typically avoid weekends and holidays and that has worked well for us. Some of our visits have been as short as two or three hours with a few targeted outlet stores; other visits have lasted a full day or more and been more relaxed. WCPO offers a very good mix of high end and mass market outlets spread out over colour-coded neighbourhoods, so comfortable shoes and being somewhat laid back are a must. Our most recent visit was one of our more successful; we stayed over in the area, drove around the Ring Road to the Gold area behind the centrally located market hall and parked without stress. We also had a very good dinner at nearby Cosimo's (reviewed separately).

It’s good to see people supporting the economy and spending the unemployment checks lol. Most popular stores mainly athletic wear and luxury brands have at least an hour wait on line. Nike, lululemon, Prada, Gucci, Dolce and Balanciaga.
I like the shake shack burgers and the Columbia clothing store. Nice staff at Nike store, thank you!!!

Breitling Outlet Store at the Woodbury Common outlet:

Let me begin by saying I purchased 2 watches from the Breitling Woodbury Commons store before and have no complaints, in fact they were two excellent transactions and the salesman Suhaib was great. In fact, that is why I went back for my third watch.
My third transaction was anything but excellent. I was sold a Breitling Chronomat that was supposed to be new that came with scratches all over the crystal and they swapped the rubber band on my watch to a band that was not what I was supposed to receive. I was given my money back very quickly(the receipt reads all sales are final) as they knew they lied and tried to pull a fast one. They gave no apology nor a reason for what happened etc.. just a quick refund and out the door I went.

Be VERY careful as to what condition your watch is in. Have them put in writing that it is new and don't assume your watch is new! Put the watch under a magnifier or scope when you get it home and look for imperfections. I highly recommend you trust no one here, I sure don't after this experience. There are plenty of Breitling dealers willing to make deals off of list price out there that are selling NEW watches and not damaged as this outlet store did.

It was quiet when we visited (a wet and rainy Wednesday). Got the bus from port authority and our driver out was fun and informative.
To be honest, having been to outlets in Florida and Vegas, I wasn’t that impressed with Woodbury. A lot of things were the same price as the UK (converse, Nike etc).
There were real savings to be had in Ralph Lauren though where we spent most of our money and time! The kids stuff was especially cheap with t shirts from about ÂŁ6.
The journey home is a lot more stressful, buses don’t not run to time and lots of people queuing, you just have to wait and hope you get on one of them.

Excellent, an hour bus journey fro Port Authority takes you directly to Woodbury, discounts on the shops are really good and the selection of them is also good. This is one of a few outlets close to Manhatten. Worth a visit.

We didn't want to drive here from New York so we purchased seats on a charter bus (through Groupon). We spent the whole day and did some damage to our credit cards. We came in December but I believe all the purchases we did were ourselves. Oops, forgot about gifts :)

Went to the Woodbury outlet based on a friend's recommendation. Easy busy ride from New York, goes from central bus station, approx $40 a person takes just under an hour.
Shops were insane and the bargains were readily available. Other people on the bus took a suitcase for their shopping.
Spent the whole day there, was really empty had most stores to ourself.
Food court was lovely with plenty of choice.
Last bus returns at 7pm and on the hour before this.
Highly recommend this mall.

They block off most of their parking lot to charge you $15 for self parking. This is a new thing and is greedy and insulting. Causes a back up as everyone is looking for a parking spot in the “free section of the lot” while the $15 parking areas are nearly empty.

This is a shopping mall, not a resort! Will no longer shop here!
