On a Nice Sunny day, it's good to take a walk in the park and just forget about ALL your problems. It's GREAT for your Mental Health to just relax & unwind. There are All different age groups at the Park just enjoying the day.

I have been visiting this park in numerous different capacities for decades. It is always neat and clean and a great place to relax or exercises. Nice View once you get to the top. I would recommend a visit.

They have many trails but the best is the 1 mile walk up and down to the "top of the Tourne" where you'll find picnic tables a 9/11 memorial and a great view of the NYC skyline on a clear day.
