    Whatever happens at the Paris…
Was standing in line for early check in and was told by a fellow traveler who was walking past not to do the early check in because it’s hit or miss if you’ll get a completely clean room and it’s wasn’t worth the early check in fee. Took her advice and when we checked in at our designated time, the room was clean. Rooms are a little dated, especially the rug. Staff was friendly. Go to the CVS next door if you need anything like room snacks as the hotel’s lobby stores are extremely expensive for things like bottled water. Tried out the pool with was clean and loved the fact it was heated since it was a little chilly that day. Oh, the lobby has a cake ATM which hit the spot for a drunken late night sugar craving. Great central location for hitting up the strip.

Enjoyable stay in a great location!
We stayed here 2 nights comped in June. Check in was quick and efficient in the Diamond Lounge. Regular check in appeared to have both kiosks and staff behind the desk to check you in. We had a king room on the 30th floor that looked out towards MGM Grand. Our room was clean and well appointed. Large shower and decent sized bathroom overall. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and there was a personal fridge for your use. The pool is quite a nice area with great views of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was very busy likely due to WSOP. Some of the food venues were quite busy at times but there was a nice range of choices. The location is really amazing and can't be beat. Easy to get from your room out onto the strip. No complaints about our stay at Paris. Would stay here again.

    Great hotel but little pricey
Great hotel, Great pool. Would be 5 stars but some prices were ridiculous. I am used to paying for premium service but this was a little too high for me. $172 for 4 Pina Coladas at the pool? I did enjoy the Eifel tower restaurant. That was pricey as well, $500 per couple, but well worth it. I think Vegas as a whole has gone up in price

    Not the greatest hotel, confusing
I have been to other Vegas hotels, and this is by far the bottom of the last 3x I’ve been there. The room we stayed in had dirty windows, no room service, no microwave and will not be cleaned unless requested the next day. I’m not sure if this is proper protocol now, but it seems after the pandemic most of Vegas things have changed. Also no airport shuttle anymore also. I’m giving my review a 3/5 also because we were given the run around while playing slots and having a good time with few different stories by staff to get out of the building. The first story staff walking by said it was a bomb that some guest blew up in the building and motioned that suddenly the smoky electrical smell was from that. So after hearing that we gtfo there. After leaving the building and heading out we saw Clark county firemen coming in and out of the building and got tired of waiting so we left and had lunch at Shake Shack for couple hours on the strip. By the time we got back the firemen were gone, and smoky smell went away. It was confirmed by other staff we came across that the incident was caused by kitchen fire at the Vanderpump restaurant inside the hotel and not some bomb threat. This experience made me think of maybe getting insurance if there is such a thing the next time we book our hotel anywhere in the world. You never know these days!

    Paris Vegas - 31st July-6th August
31st july-6th august 2023 I was initially a bit concerned about staying at the paris after seeing some reviews about cleanliness and check in etc. However it was an amazing trip. We arrived at about 4.30pm and there was a queue for check in but we thought we would try our luck at the online check in counter, we were able to pull up all our details, print our room keys and pay for a late departure check out. Within ten minutes we were in our room. We didn't have a view of the strip but there were so many other spots around the hotel to get a good view of the strip it was fine. Our room was spacious, although there were two of us we had two beds in the room, huge wardrobe unit and a spacious bathroom with a bath and an amazing shower. Our room was quite close to the lifts but we didn't hear any noise and were not woken at all by other guests. The paris hotel is in such a good location, we would recommend this hotel. On our last night we ate in the Eiffel tower restaurant and it was my favourite night of the trip, the service and food was excellent, the views were unlike any other we had seen so far of the fountains and strip. We also witnessed three engagements whilst enjoying our dinner! On the other evenings of our trip we did see huge lines at check in as it opened at 3pm and everyone seemed to rush there then. My advice would be go and get a drink at the many bars dotted around the paris floor or sit with your cases at the slot machines or restaurants nearby and wait for the rush to die down. You could even drop your bags into the staff at the main entrance for a tip and go explore. Regarding our room being cleaned, the second day we were getting ready to go out when the cleaning staff knocked and they didn't come back however 4 out of the 7 days our room was serviced so we did not have any complaints there. There is a phone number that you can text to ask for various services such as cleaning but with english phone numbers there was a charge. We just had such a great time even if we did 100,000 steps in a week!

    Great stay!
Had a great stay August 13 to 18 at Paris Las Vegas with my husband, daughter (18) and her friend. Was there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We arrived at 9:30pm, so easy check in, no lines, was not able to get an upgrade, but had a spacious 2 Queen Room with a view of the new sphere, Linq and Tropicana Pool. Room was cleaned and serviced every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was easy, we asked for a late check out at 4pm for additional $60 (so worth it with a 9pm flight) and was able to settle my bill at 1pm with no line ups and just vacate at 4pm. Pool was great, lots of seating, but expensive drinks. We brought a small coffee maker from home, which saved us $40/day in coffee, so $200 in total (yes coffee was $37.95 for 4 before tip). The mini - bar in the room, takes up SO much room and when we asked to have it removed the cost was $50, we declined. We also bought reusable cups and purchased drinks at the CVS and kept in our fridge and just refilled in our reusable cups. In n' Out was a great and affordable place for lunch and highly recommend Battista's Hole in the Wall, all within walking distance. The location of the Paris is perfect, in the middle of everything. Had a nachos at Margaritaville one night that fed the 4 of us. Delicious. Fremont is a must as well. All in all, was nervous about our stay at the Paris based on the most recent reviews and all I can say, is our stay was positive and would return again. Also highly recommend going during the week, we left Friday and it was insanely busy compared to the rest of the week and would NOT recommend going on a weekend.

    Okay stay
I wanted to LOVE this place but it was just a mediocre experience. Checkin was the longest line I’ve ever experienced. 1.5 hours! Self checkin line was much longer. They also weren’t fully staffed to check guests in. I woke up with a rash on my left shoulder. I was afraid it was bed bugs but could have been an allergen to the linens. After waking up I noticed the comforter side was placed underneath (gross) so it was touching my skin all night, and I’m sure they don’t wash it after each guest! Other than that it is a nice hotel, good location.

Very nice, great value, ask for updates room
Great hotel! We were in non smoking room on 24th fl. Our “Burgundy Rm-king w/ Eiffel Tower view” was really nice. Also provided a view of the fountains at Bellagio. A renovated room -housekeeping came every day. Get a Caesar’s reward card for a lower rate. Be sure to ask for a Renovated room! (Dennys offers aarp/aaa discounts).

    Paris - great location
We had a comped stay at Paris Las Vegas August 29-Sept 2. We were assigned room 2903 which had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and Bellagio Fountains. Our room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. While there we walked to several other Caesars casinos and had a good time gambling and eating. For dining our two favorite places were Fulton Street food Hall at Harrah's and Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood. (We're not foodies.) Paris Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even though it was extremely busy. Paris Hotel is a great mid-strip location. We enjoy the casino and the fact that you can walk back and forth between Horseshoe and Paris indoors, especially because it rained a couple of days during our trip. We definitely will return to stay at Paris again.

Great place to stay on the strip
Loved our room with two closets, large shower and many fluffy towels. Appreciated no smoking floor. Checking in on a Sunday was an hour long process, something we were told is typical as that is the day the airline packages typically arrive!

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. We stayed in the Bordeaux and our room was beautiful with plenty of room. We had a corner room so it was quite and felt more private. Hot water and great water pressure in the shower. The only room complaints would be no coffee maker or microwave and our TV didn’t work. It wasn’t a big issue since we weren’t really in the room except to sleep, although the price of coffee in casino area was pricy BUT hey everything in Vegas is. There is a CVS next door we were able to buy water and snacks at. This hotel has plenty of food options and is in walking distance to so many other great places including right next door to the miracle mile! Check in was a breeze (all done via a kiosk machine). I would certainly stay here again!

“Upgrading” to a Versailles room at the Paris is the biggest scam in Vegas… you are not staying at the Paris instead you are staying at the Horseshoe next door. The Horseshoe is a far inferior & less expensive property without the charm & elegance of the Paris. Paying to upgrade to a strip view is a further scam because the tower isn’t even on the strip therefore we paid extra to look into the side of the Cromwell across the street. Do not make the same mistake we did thinking booking at the Paris means actually staying at the Paris.

We generally enjoyed our stay - great location and all staff were very helpful. Our room was nice and clean but we upgraded to a view of the pool/tower and the windows were so filthy it was a waste. The room did not have coffee maker or water - otherwise nice. We did a couple quick snacks there which were mostly good but $$ - drinks were excellent but dined elsewhere.
The atmosphere in the lobby/casino area was loud and chaotic compared to nearby hotels. It was within walking distance to many other hotels/restaurants/shopping.
Rideshare and getting a rental car were both very convenient

Service so slow in reception when we arrived. Tried to use the automatic machines to check in but most were not working and then still had to line up in ridiculous queues. Room was 2 queens but the beds seemed small and room was dated and very worn. Bathroom was not great. We were only staying in this location for 2 nights so it was ok. The casino and hotel its self was ok, very busy and staff were not that friendly. My husband and I visited a bar while gambling and our 20 year old was walking by to head to the room and asked us to get him a water when we re-ordered drinks and he was not on the casino floor or bar area. We ordered a water and 2 beers and the barman asked if the water was for us and we said no its for our 20 year old son standing over there and he said sorry he could not serve us at all. Well y=his loss, went to another casino and bar.

Our room in the Bordeaux Tower was clean, shower had immediate hot water and good pressure. Bed was comfortable. We had nothing but friendly front desk staff. Be sure to leave a tip for the room housekeeping and they will leave extra towels and toiletries. Resort fee is atrocious but same everywhere. We look forward to staying again. I took one point because they have to find a better Rideshare location.

Hotel needs a major overhaul. Faded carpet. Chipped and damaged wood trim throughout. Wallpaper peeling. Broken lamps. Dusty room. Had air off but room was super cold. Bedding was thin and less desirable. Stain n bed sheet. Pillows were horrible. Alarm (emergency test) woke us up at 5am first night. Another alarm in our room and floor went off two nights later at 2am. No explanation. Tried to call front desk. Phone wouldn’t work. Bathroom outdated. The only saving grace was the view of the Eiffel Tower.
Went to Cheri rooftop bar. Wasn’t told they were closing early. Asked to leave by bouncer. We left and were trapped on lower level. Everything was locked up. Bouncer found us, asked what we were doing. We said we were locked in. He said, well you should have left earlier. Ride. We had spent well over $300 in drinks. Area for baggage holding was a mess. Two old men working the area were cranky, slow, and rude.

Room 1643 Tub had terrible rust spot around the drain, cleaning bottle left on the sink, razor cover in left in the shower, carpet dirty. Beds were semi comfy but definitely not Egyptian cotton! Everything over priced and no more comps for anything.
Night 2 at 2 am the alarm begins glaring with it saying they were looking for source. This went on for a good 20 minutes and continued intermittently throughout the next day. I paid $275 in “resort fees” and the alarm alone made that resort feel go away. Don’t waste your $$ or comps stay at another Caesars Property.

This was our first time to Vegas with our kids and we thought we would try a fun place right in the heart of the strip and chose Paris. I have never been so disappointed as I was with this hotel. They are clearly short staffed and had the worst service I have ever experienced in 40 years of travelling. It's the first hotel that I have been to with no separate concierge or guest services desk to get assistance. The line ups to Guest Services are insane,. We arrived on a Tuesday night at 11:30 pm. I was very organized and did the online check in so that we could use their automated machines upon arrival. When we arrived the machines said our room wasn't ready and that we would get an email to say when they were ready?!! Seriously? Rooms not ready at 11:30 pm? I didn't get into the long line up to check in at the desk because foolish me counted on the online check in system. While we waited I witnessed first hand a man assault his wife where security staff came out of nowhere and escorted the wife out and the beater got to stay. All the witnesses said they had it wrong and nothing was done. So I guess Caesars condones assault on women?!! It's now 12:30 AM still no email (to this day I never got the email to say my room was ready) and an elderly man with a cane is clearly exhausted and his legs gave out on him and he fell. No staff to assist him - clearly security didn't care so as by standers we helped him and found him a chair to sit on while his wife was in line trying to check in. Again - no staff to help and the check in area is crowded with people waiting and sleeping on the floor now. I finally got the attention of the desk manager who said the on line machines must be broken and I had to get in the regular check in line. So by 2 am I finally have the keys to my rooms. It was a horrific experience - no water was given to us. No offer to anyone in the line for a drink. I went to their local counter for 3 basic bottles of water that you can get at costco and they cost me $20!! The rooms are very basic - I could barely see out of the room windows as they were so dirty from the outside. Their filtration in the casino is by far the worst of all the hotels we walked through that week. I guess they clearly want that Paris smoke filled dirty poor service feel you get in France. I vowed that week to not eat or support any Caesar hotels, restaurants or activities and I never will in the future. Paris is a big Non Merci for me.

My husband and I stayed at the refurbished Versailles Tower at Paris
Our room became available only two weeks earlier and still smelled new. We asked for the Strip view and had a birds eye view of the Sphere.
It is best to be dropped off at the former Ballys, now Horseshoe instead of Paris.
Otherwise you have to walk through Paris and Horseshoe to get to the Versailles Tower. Very confusing.
We were on the 6th floor. Wonderful room
