About
Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck an iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll be able to touch a growing iceberg, experience the 28 degree water, try and steer the ship and pay tribute to the 2,208 passengers and crew that were on the Titanic. You will enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

This was so informative about many details and facts of the titanic and the passengers and crew. I went with 3 other people and we all were over the age of 40. We all enjoyed this museum. Take a coat it’s cold in there . They give you a card about a person on board and at the end you get to find out at the end if the person survived or perished. We were there two hours I definitely could have spent more time , lots to read and look at .

Great museum However staff was not great at all. First person we spoke to about buying tickets was very rude and short with us. Person assigned to help at the kiosk didn’t arrive until after opening time and was finishing dressing as he stood by the kiosk.Employees inside seemed tired and unenthusiastic.

Titanic Tour
Nice self guided tour. People inside to answer questions. Hand held devices provide information about the Titanic at the many displays. Great way to capture a tragedy in history.

With COVID at a all time high in Branson. We bought our tickets online....we pulled up at our time and saw a line of 50+ ppl all crowded together waiting to get in. Noone had masks on. We called and canceled our tickets. Crazy! We were disappointed that the museum didnt have any safety protocol in place, when we called they said they were running at 75% capacity.

Disappointing.

Museum was not focused on Titanic but on Politics. For instance, there was a lack of diversity in the museum's presentation of the great number of Irish American's and other ethnic groups who died aboard the Titanic, and an over emphasis on a minority of Jewish passengers. Every corner seemed to be dedicated to this one minority group and no other group was represented, especially not the vast number of Irish who died. Due to this we chose not to buy anything from the gift shop afterwards and we will not be returning nor recommending it to friends and family.

There were 2,208 passengers and crew aboard Titanic, representing over 40 nations, and we honor all of them. Each year we change out some of our displays so that we can focus on paying tribute to a new group. Sometimes it’s a nation: Yes, we have paid tribute to the Irish aboard – in fact, we have dedicated the entire month of March to the Irish for over a decade now. Sometimes it’s a career: We have paid tribute to the teachers aboard, to the veterans, to the musicians, to the postal workers. Sometimes it’s a race: Every crew member can tell you about the only black man aboard Titanic, traveling with his Caucasian wife and their two daughters, and point you toward their display. Sometimes it’s a religion: Every crew member can tell you that there were 8 clergymen aboard (and 1 “lay preacher”) or about the 1 Mennonite aboard who chose to give up her seat in a lifeboat to save someone else, and point you toward their displays. And yes, sometimes it is politics: In 2019, 100 years after women earned the right to vote, we paid tribute to the known suffragists on Titanic. Sometimes it’s not even the humans: We’ve paid tribute to the 10 dogs aboard! This year: We pay tribute to the known Jewish passengers and Titanic’s connections to the Holocaust. We appreciated your visit. Titanic Crew

Well worth visiting, very interesting info
Very interesting time to reflect on the happenings on the voyage of the Titanic. Audio self-guided thru the place so time spent there can really vary depending on person.
