Yes they have two ships daily that go to and from the island. I would strongly recommend taking the early ship out and late ship back. You can take your own food/drinks, but there is a little snack shop that only takes cash... More

When we were there you could only tour the Fort when you got off boat when went to leave nobody was around to tour it!
