This is another free attraction you can reach via the Skyline parkway above Duluth. The tower itself was pretty boring to me although I saw some people taking bridal pictures outside. On the way to the tower there was a Japanese garden with a peace...More

The park was closed but you can walk around the gate. We took a small Trail up the hill to the Tower and on our way saw a beautiful young deer. When we got to the Tower the deer was there in the park. Magical...More

A free and nice area place to visit. Climb the tower for a sweeping view of Duluth. The gardens are well kept by local garden clubs. Nice hikes are available from here.

Neat place to visit. The views of the harbor and lake are great! I went to the top of the tower and loved it! The rest of the park is lovely too with a Japanese garden and more lookout spots.

Outstanding view of downtown and the hillside! A little hike up the hill to a fairly short set of stone steps gets you to a view of the harbor and the lake that you can't find elsewhere. Worth the effort for sure

It's an absolutely beautiful park. There are a series of paths that lead up to the tower. The tower is worth the climb! It provides a screening panoramic view of Duluth.

This would be a great sight to visit at the beginning of your trip. It gives you a chance to get an overview of the entire area. Very peaceful.

Don't miss this view of Duluth! 5 stories up and located on a ridge--and Duluth harbor looks like toy model. If you can't do stairs, you can't make it to the top. If you are able, it is a wonderful view!
