This dighi (lake) is near the Madan Mohan temple and big. The place is known as Kachari More. Water is clean in the dighi.

Bengalis by nature love to meet socially and spend time together. And if such a place was thought about and provided by your King what could be better. The place for the young croud to hang out is Sagar Dighi. A large pond surrounded on all sides by government offices and courts it carries forward the rich heritage of Coochbehar. This lake is located at the Center of the Coochbehar Administration Offices and is point of Attraction...All important Offices center around this quiet a big lake.... But was unsatisfied to see that the lake was ill maintained and the bank are dirty with the garbages...Proper Maintenance must be done from Administration…
