My 5 year old son attended a birthday party here. When we went to pick him up he was not in the party room. In fact it was cleared out and getting ready for the next party. Instead my son was found toward the front in the corner crying. He had been lost in the pure chaos of this franchise trying to make as much money as they can without any regard for kids’ safety. When I called the owner after we got home and asked that she might review procedures with her staff (which I felt was a reasonable request) she was not concerned with what happened to my son. Instead she argued with me and said he looked 6 or 7 and it was the host’s responsibility to make sure my child was not left behind. Apparently a 6-7 is old enough to be left in the waiting area for his parents. I WILL NEVER allow my children to step foot in this establishment again. When you run a business catered to children and you’re more concerned covering your own, rather than the safety of innocent children - you don’t deserve to be in business.

Two rooms of inflatables. We attend a Glow in the Dark night and the kids had fun. Hey also had an interactive digital screen/dance floor. The rooms are self contained, ie no re-entry. Felt extremely safe with kids running around

I decided to use this venue as my daughter's 7th birthday party. Due to "time constraints" she was unable to open her presents in the party room. We had to open them outside. Staff told me my party would end at 4:50 (verified this time 3 different times) we were ushered out at 4:20. Paid for a balloon drop, the employees tried to make the children pick up the balloons and put them in garbage bags. I told them no and I helped while the children played. I paid $400 for this party. Emailed the owner, she offered me a $50 credit on my next party. I emailed her back to tell her the probability of that happening was slim to none and to credit my debit card. Still no credit and still no response. Very disappointed.

My wife and I have taken our older two children to countless birthday parties here over the years. While I applaud the work the young employees do (they have the routine down to a science), my issue is that more parents don't stick around to keep an eye on their children. The kids love this place, but some little one inevitably gets hurt at every party we go to, and it's a tossup whether that child's parents are even there. The larger the birthday party the worse it gets. That being said (and knock on wood), our kids love this place and have never had an issue.

We were here for a birthday party. The facility is clean and well maintain. It's all contained into two play area where the door can be closed so the little kiddos doesn't get out. It's not too big so the limit the number of jumpers which is good it doesn't get to crowded like monkey joes. My little 5 year old wants to have her 6 birthday party at pump it up
