I took my mom on her birthday. We are from Chicago but had never done an architecture tour. The tour started promptly at 3:00, and everyone got a good seat. Our guide, Dan, was excellent; we found him informative, professional, and a well-paced guide ....More

This is an excellent tour. The volunteer guides are extremely knowledgeable and you will learn so much about Chicago's architecture and history. Although young children will probably be bored, older children and adults of all ages will enjoy it.

This was a fascinating way to see and learn about the architecture of Chicago! Our docent was extremely knowledgeable. Downside, it was rainy and from inside the boat it was hard to hear the presentation over the conversations. It would be better with some kind...More

This is an intense tour. The guide seems to know every building--dates, architects, etc. It's a lot. Seems like he was happy to answer questions after, but there is not chance to ask questions during the tour b/c he's rapid fire the whole time. This...More

I have done two architecture tours in Chicago now and this was the better of the two. Having someone from the architecture society as your guide is the way to go.

I grew up in the Chicago area and still learned a lot about the different styles of architecture in the downtown area. The tallest buildings were encased in clouds but our docent still did a great job showcasing the skyline. The view from the upper...More

It would have been very hard to see all the buildings on this tour if you did it yourself. The perspective from the river and the knowledge of the docent made this 90 minute cruise so amazing. Highly recommend.

Try this, it seems accurate: DEPARTURE LOCATION: Southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge at 112 East Wacker Drive on Chicago’s Riverwalk. Look for the blue awning.

I am not aware of a Spanish language tour for the architectural boat tour. I’d call the company directly to get this question answered.
