We went on the Wednesday night fireworks cruise in August. Not only was the tour of the lakefront beautiful but Cameron was a terrific tour guide. He knows a lot about the city and offered interesting highlights throughout the tour.
We took the night skyline trip. The fun is to sit on the top deck but if one is not wearing appropriate clothes you end up having to go below deck. The trip left on time and you have to arrive early to stand in...More
We did the Architectural Tour of the Chicago River and went out into Lake Michigan. We were with Chicago natives that had never done a tour before, and they loved it. Our group was from all over...Hawaii, California, Oregon and Illinois and we all had...More
Where to start? Well initially our tour was cancelled on the day and time we booked because the weather was bad and for safety since our tour went out on Lake Michigan they canceled it. However, they called us and offered us a few options...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.

The lower dick is closed in and the upper deck is open. So you have your choice. You can buy your tickets at the box office located next to where the boat departs or you can purchase them online. The boats we have taken depart from Michigan Avenue & Wacker. I am not sure if they have boats that depart from navy pier as well.
