The driver/ guide spent the whole 45 minute segment we were aboard telling us of his recollections of film she thought might have had a scene filmed in the location we were viewing. There was no introduction to the City; no descripltion of the area...More

I am from Chicago myself, I had friends visiting from Italy and wanted to do the red bus tour, so I went with them. The tour guide was surprisingly knowledgeable, I learnt things about the chicago I didn't know myself. Next time I have friends...More

It more a bus ride then a tour, and you spend more time at stop place to board and deboard peoples along the way, the speakers on the upper floor are also very low so its very difficult to ear what the guide say.

If it weren’t for the fact that Bobby pulled to the side of the roadway and continued to hold us as a captive audience while telling the tourists on the trolley about a book he recently read, it might have been okay. However, we sat...More

Hi Tabby, We apologize for your experience. We encourage our drivers engage with our guests but it sounds like his story was a little longer than needed. I will look into this matter further. We appreciate your review.

The information provided was good and it was fun to hear the history...we got the same bus for both of our rides, and our speaker was very knowledgeable. We waited for at least 25 minutes to get on the first bus after being told it...More
