My dear husband is, that's who. We paid our entry fee and were shuttled through the basement maze for the wait for the elevator. And I'm a bit claustrophobic, so wasn't thrilled with the wait. Fortunately the elevator ride up was quicker than I had...More

We went at night for optimal effect. I don't think the wait at night is as long as the day for what they told me, however we went on a weekday. The trip to the top did not disappoint. Great views and do the Tilt...More

The 360 Chicago observation deck is a must visit to see exceptional views of Chicago. There is a tilt experience that you can purchase extra, this allows windows to tilt out 30 degrees and look straight down the building.

This view is hard to describe. It was almost like you could reach out and touch the other buildings. The night view from the deck was incredible.

We did the signature lounge and watched the sunset and the lights come on throughout the city. What a beautiful view! The observations deck was also very worth the trip. 360 views of the city. We had a perfect day!

Went in the morning and lines were quick. Fairly busy on top. Great views on clear day. wouldn't want to go on a cloudy day.

Stunning views of Chicago city and a must visit during your time here. It is pretty expensive, especially if you have a family to pay for but if you also plan on visiting the Willis building do a joint pass- it saves a lot of...More

It was a fine ride. But, I don’t think you should have to pay that much extra to do it. It last Maybe 5 minutes and it is a little scary

My only complaint was the wait - almost 2 hours. But the ability to take some beautiful pictures was very nice.

Hi, I didn't book it in advance, just bought the ticket on the premises and there was no line (it was late October). I went late afternoon and stayed to watch the sunset and the city lights.

There's parking in the building, but we don't own or operate it, and it can be pricey. We're right near public transportation and easy walking distance from many hotels. If you do need to drive, we recommend using an app... More

Same thing happened to us when we went in May. Tickets are good for a year if your day was bad. For Tilt they told us just to let them know when you're back in town and can see Tilt, not to worry about having a reservation... More
