Fun place for a game tbh.
Took my mom to Chicago to watch the bears vs broncos game tbh. Broncos won so that was good and my mom is almost 70 and has a wheelchair and the staff here might be better than any stadium I’ve been too. And I’ve been to about 20 stadiums. Very helpful staff. They even wheeled her to the rest room during the game. They’d ask if she needed anything. They came over before the game to see if she’d need help after the game. Very good staff and more stadiums should be like that. The gsme was fun and was cool seeing the bears song they sing. The scoreboard did seem old and to mess up a lot though. My only complaint lol. I wanted to do the tour but didn’t have time this trip. But it’s a good place for a game and a great place If you have an elder person with you.

    Amazing place
We visited here twice - once was to see the Rolling Stones and the second was a stop on our segway tour. Obviously at the Rolling Stones concert we were inside the stadium - it was great, but cold (bring a sweater/jacket for night time - wish I had done that!!). Food and drink prices and choices were what we expected of a concert venue. The second time was when we stopped outside on our segway tour. We learned a little more this time than we did on our first stop here. Definitely worth a visit, even if not on a Segway or coming to see the Stones!

    Nice venue, uninformed usher
When walking, be prepared, this place is massive and impressive - and everyone leaving at one sucks!! I recently attended a concert and my o my complaint is that I had a field seat and I asked the usher check if tickets if there were concessions on the field and she said “no” and pointed me to the concessions to the left. I stood in the slowest of four lines for 40 minutes to get a water and cocktail…only to get down to the field to find multiple concessions stands with short lines - one was even at the end of my row. Ushers appear to need better training, or to pay attention, otherwise, a nice facility.

Came here for a Rammstein concert for the first time (first time at the venue and first time seeing Rammstein). Not being used to 'the big city' we were a little nervous about how parking and venue navigation would go. No worries. They have well managed parking lots (we prepaid for South Lot). The route to walk to the venue was easy to follow. Once in side there was plenty of signage to help you figure out where to go. Plenty of vendors on all levels for refreshments and plenty of decently clean restrooms. We arrived 2 hours prior to our showtime and had less than half the parking lot full at that time. The line for merchandise was 10X longer than the line to enter the venue. For exiting we left during the last song, which we could hear anyhow. We hotfooted it out to the lot and were among the first to leave the lot. I am sure later the lot was quite congested but they do have people managing the exits so that it went quickly when we were ready to go.

My friends and I came here to see Rammstein on 09/03. It was an amazing show! Although if you're afraid of heights, dislike walking up/ down steep inclines (or walking a lot in general), or become short of breath easily, I would not recommend getting seats in the top sections. The open ceiling with giant gusts of winds were a little nerve-racking. It was a little difficult to figure out where to get to our section, we walked right by some of the ramps without even realizing it. Once we finally figured out where to go, we kept going up and up and up.. By the time we got to our seats, we were all out of breath. I saw another reviewer state that when your show/ event is over, be patient. I cannot stress that advice enough. There are thousands of people all trying to get out at the same time, it's gonna be crowded and you'll be walking at a snails pace. Wear your comfy walking shoes!

Strange design in the desire to preserve the historic structure when placing the modern stadium on top of it but it works and it’s a pretty cool place to watch a sporting event. Enjoyed the experience of watching the Gold Cup game between the US and Jamaica last night. Although parking is expensive at $55 and traffic was tough when leaving, tailgating was good and there is public transportation options and the stadium is walkable from most of downtown. Setting by the lake is great as is the surroundings in the museum complex and just south of Grant Park. Concessions were good and plenty of restrooms without long waits although the stadium wasn’t at capacity

The tour was amazing. I think any Bears fan will love this, but hopefully non-Bears fans should too. We were allowed in the the changing rooms, the stands, and next to the field. The tour guide was superb. He's a really nice chap and a fountain of knowledge.

Not a Bears fan but was in the city for a few days and I love touring sports stadium. As a kid I remember seeing the famous colonnades on tv, so was really looking forward to visiting and seeing how they integrated the new stands with the old, what a brilliant job they did. John our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, he made the tour even more memorable. Despite the field being covered in tarpaulin it was still great to be able to walk across it and get a sense of what it must be like for the players. All for just $20, so much better and cheaper than SoFi stadium which was nowhere near as good. Brilliant experience.

This was a treat for my husband, a lifelong Bears fan, but I enjoyed it as well. Our guide (forgot his name, but he said he is with the Chicago FD) was funny and charming, and clear and informative, from Bears lore and Chicago history to the best place to go for hot dogs and pizza. Highly recommend!

Terrible acoustics! I don't know if it was our seat area (Colonnade) at the concert but I couldn't understand a single word of the songs. Forget about anything they would say while chatting with the audience. Not only was it unclear from the stage, there was a delay on the speakers right behind us. I was really disappointed considering how expensive these seats were and they weren't even anywhere near the stage. I believe, depending upon your seats, it may not be as bad but just avoid this area at all costs!

My son is a huge NFL fan and a big fan of the Bears. We were in town and although couldn't see a game due to COVID, decided to stop and go on the Stadium tour. John Finnegan was our guide and couldn't have been more impressed with experience. The history, views, knowledge of working with the Bears organization for all of the years
