This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. Out of all of the downtown Chicago theaters, I now regard this one as dead last and the one I will actively avoid going to when possible. It feels like they barely dim the lights during the movie so staff can walk around deliver food, but the light level combined with the small size of the theaters makes it feel like it was too bright.

Was excited to see Barbie again and order one of the great milk shakes.
In the past the vanilla was a favorite in a tall glass soda glass.
This time the Apple fritter came in a small plastic cup. Started out delicious. Drank 1/2 if the shake and paused to watch the movie.
The cup then tumbled over on my lap as the fritter was too heavy for the cup..ruined my experience.
Clearly plastic cups are not the right vessel. No way to reach management after to let them know.

We visited here with friends for a night out. The theater was very clean and the seats were comfortable. We only ordered drinks but, they were good. Next time we'll probably try some of the food items. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, we had a good experience and will likely return when in this area next.

I come to this theater a lot. I like the smaller intimate setting of this one, and the fact that you can actually order from your seat. The cons of this movie theater is that the drinks aren't made very well at this one. Like many times we've watch the bartender have to look at the recipe while making the drinks, and they still turned out kind of bad. Other than that, it's still one of the better theaters.

I saw Knives Out tonight and had a really pleasant experience. My server took good care of me without interrupting my enjoyment of the movie. And the seats and tray tables are so comfy!

This is a good theater but unfortunately when the food was being served, the servers would put the trays on the empty seat tables in front of us and we could see the screen. This happened quite a few times throughout the movie and got quite annoying, especially for the price we paid to see the movie!

The sound level for the previews were extremely loud. The movie's sound level was fine. Also didn't appreciate the smell of food around us and the servers walking in front of us during the movie. But, the seats were comfortable and it was nicer to be in a smaller venue.

We had a few hours to kill, and the rain had set in so let's go see a movie...
So AMC was a 10 minute walk so off we went.
Booked at the entry machine to see The Goldfinch, premier seating - Well I am worth it ;-)

Went off to our screen and settled in to watch.
Lovely complex, great comfortable seats and the ability to order drinks and snacks to your seat was amazing.
Highly recommend.

As a family with children, this is the place to go as you have super reclining comfortable seats and FOOD brought to you. Yes, it's expensive but well worth the price. The servers are quiet and you don't miss a minute of the show.

This smaller venue (not many seats) is a dine-in theater. Lounge in the the big recliners as servers bring you snacks, drinks and even popcorn. You won't want to go back to a regular theater again.
