First I want to mention is; they need employees that enjoy what they do, or at least pretend. When you go to touristic places and specially this one, that you can feel the excitement on the people and nervousness, you expect the employees to be...More

I have 5 teens and I still say it's worth the money. It was cold so being enclosed at the top was good. The ledge is awesome. I recommend picking a time during week. It can get packed

Would recommend you try this once if you have the time and really want a cool picture. The wait time can't be under estimated and once you get to the observation deck you ONLY have 60 seconds. So plan ahead of time what exact pose/picture...More

Incredible view of a beautiful city! Line moved fairly quick but if affordable splurge for the VIP tickets. Getting their picture on the glass floor was the highlight of the trip for my teenage daughters. This is a not to be missed attraction!

We thoroughly enjoyed the breath-taking views from the top of this building. We loved stepping out on to the glass ledge and feeling as though we were floating in the air. Everyone must see this attraction while in Chicago.

This is an attraction in Chicago that you don't want to miss. Our families enjoyed the view from 103 floors up, and especially stepping out on the LEDGE!

Amazing view on the top. You can take really nice photos and also regarding the glass floor there are specialist attendants to help you and taking photos for the visitors. So any problem if you want special photos in Skydeck.

No. Just walk down to the ticketing area. There could be a wait if it's busy. I last went in the early morning around 9 or 10 and there was no line.
