The view is amazing but we wait for 2.5 hours to see it! I recommend to go there in the early morning or go to 360 CHICAGO OBSERVATION DECK-(john hancock center)

Yes you can purchase a fast pass there. The clear glass balcony extends out about 4 or 5 feet from the top floor. There are three balconies that you can go out on.
