Pros: 1. the food is all truly delicious- you won’t be disappointed on flavor or variety! 2. The area (west Loop) is really cool and I want to go back and explore even more. 3. Great info and intro to the area from a knowledgeable guide. Cons: pacing is SLOW. I didn’t eat lunch before hand because…food tour! By the time we got to our second stop an hour into the tour I was starving! One meatball, heavenly though it was, simply wasn’t enough to keep my happy. So either pack a granola bar or eat a little beforehand. We only had three couples in our group and could have moved much quicker but it seemed like our guide was determined to use the entire 3 hours. So it kind of dragged for me.…

My friends and I did this food tour for my 30th birthday, and we all had so much fun! The amount of food we got for the price was UNREAL. We were all bursting at the end of the tour. All the food was absolutely delicious and came from small shops that we would not have noticed otherwise. My friends and I live in Chicago and the history lesson was so thorough that we were surprised by many of the things we learned. The only reason I'm giving this tour 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that while the food was in abundance, the tequila was not. We received only two margaritas. They were both delicious, but the tour definitely felt more like a taco tour than tequila tour. I would definitely book with this company again though!…

If you want to get a good taste of Chicago, book the Taste of Chicago tour. We sampled 5 different Chicago favorite foods. Our guide, Chef Dave, did a great job showing us around a few neighborhoods as we walked to different food places to eat. A special Thank You to Chef Dave for accommodating one of our family members that was having a hard time walking. His quick thinking and coordination helped her enjoy the trip without doing all of the walking.…
