The staff should not be racing with new beginners with out there consent as the employees with experience keep bumping into the new customers making it a bad scary experience being its the first time on the track. It turn out to be the worst birthday present ever😣

Had a good time with my teenage daughters but safety guidelines were not followed. I’ve been to other locations- this location needs better training, management and adherence to safety.

- helmets were not sanitized between use. Especially with Covid this should happen.
- no one checked our seatbelt or helmet before riding any of the times. My husband had to have them check my daughters.
- no organized getting out of vehicles. Very dangerous as people were still hitting from behind as others exit.
- workers standing close to cars and not paying attention. Could easily get hit.

Paid for three races. Got two, back-to-back: great! Now for the third race...waited an hour before asking about the delay. Told by the "manager" that he had called our names even though we could see another man at microphone the entire time we waited. The manager was never on the microphone and just simply lied. No refund available for their incompetence. I would avoid this business because they are dishonest.

I traveled to Atlanta on business with my family. We decided to try this out for something fun to do. I bought the (3) race package for my family of (4). The cars are fast and the experience is a lot of fun. My boys had a blast. (2) races would have been plenty. It is a little bit of work to drive these things and I actually was a little queasy from getting thrown around. Nothing they did. Lol. I was pushing it pretty hard. Great way to burn an hour or so. Kids will love it.

We had a very negative experience that I would describe as "racially motivated". Now I'm not one to just jump to that conclusion but it doesn't make sense any other way.

So myself, my friend, her brother, and a few of his friends (8 of us total) visited this establishment. More than half of the people we were with were visiting from out of town... Because it's not weird for people to travel to see people that they care about.

Anyway I arrived there about 7:45pm, signed the liability waiver, paid, and by 8pm unbeknownst to me we were being put out, ALL OF US! From what I understood the manager kicked us out based on suspicion. He just had a non-verified "hunch" that all of our information and addresses that we input into the computer were fake.

Now mind you when you walk into the establishment they make you enter into this computer your name, phone number, email address, your full address, and date of birth. With no explanation as to why they need the information. Btw it is not stated (as he tried to say) in the legal agreement that we signed prior to riding the go cart.

So regardless of if I agreed with it or not we all put in our information. The manager Nate who was extremely rude and hostile came flying over in a rage and said we all have to go. He accused us of falsifying information but never once asked for an ID. Even after we all offered to show him. His whole thing he kept saying was how come everyone had a different address? Like what kind of weird question is that? are you sure you're the manager??

So then one of the girls that was with us pulled out her ID to show him and it in fact matched the information that was in the computer. He saw it matched, never apologized and still kicked us out.

Btw if you're wondering, nobody was ever yelling or hostile back to him. Almost everyone was British very mild-mannered & dislike confrontation. This was actually very humiliating. The weirdest part was there were people coming in during this who he was smiling at and welcoming them in but also not thoroughly checking their information as he did ours. So basically never going back or recommending this place. But if you look a certain way it probably won't happen to you, so enjoy.

Great place for kids and adults to enjoy really exciting cart racing. They focus on racing without all the distractions of arcade games. The pit crew were excellent working with our young boys, fitting their cars to their size and encouraging them. Love the race statistics handed out at the end of each race. Boys love to compare their times and positions.

We had a lot fun. The place is well maintained. The cars are very fast and the turns are nerrow so there are a lot of bumping with other car. One of the car even flipped on the side and other "jumped" on another.
We had to wait an hour and half to our turn. I don't know if you can reserve online but worth to try. There are some pool tables and video games for the waiting period.

We were two couples ranging from 30-34 years of age but we had a lot of fun. When we arrived we were explained that it's an $8 mandatory membership fee that would be valid for one year. After that, we were offered 1, 2, or 3 races. I was able to find a deal online for 3 races at $45 because it was about $55 at the track. The lady said there were groupons and other online deals they would accept. After creating our profiles, we got to pick our face masks and then told to hang tight while the younger kids races occurred. The bathrooms were very clean and they had a concession stand offering popcorn, pretzels, nachos, water, Gatorade, and beers. Once it was our turn to race they announced our names to the track. We received a first time driver training and the staff was super helpful in helping us find the right helmet size while securing it for us. The races were 10 minutes each and it had no more than 11 drivers at a time. At the end of each race, each of us received our driving stats and rank. Our last race wasn't as fun because a group of locals arrived and they weren't very nice. Just a heads up that some people who attend are very competitive and don't care if they hit or bump your car as long as they pass you. Being mindful that there are those kinds of people on the track with you will help you enjoy your race. Oh and make sure to secure your phone. I had mine in my side pocket and when i got hit it fell onto the track. Thankfully my case proved itself as my phone was run over a couple times but walked away in one piece with no damage. And lastly, do not worry if you are a short girl as the staff will provide you with booster seats and pedal extenders. Once they gave me these I was passing my boyfriend on the track LOL

My brother and I went on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. We did 2 laps and had a great time. We also sat in the massage chairs, which are an amazing price, and also ate popcorn and pretzels. The guys working were very nice and helpful and the ladies behind the counter were too. I highly recommend this as an option. Check Groupon first and also, I wouldn't suggest going when it may be very busy. Totally worth the cost and I believe we had 14 laps.
