This is our second time staying at the Beach Retreat. We loved it the first time we stayed in June. This time, our room smelled like stinky feet, a musty smell. The breakfast needs to be switched up. We also paid for the $50 family...More

I wish I had a better experience because I would love to tell you that it was awesome…but I can’t. Maybe it was just our experience, but we didn’t enjoy it nearly as much as I thought we would and I really wish we had...More

Paid 17.00 to park in the lot. Many patking lot lights were off in the parking lot when we returned after dark at 8:00 PM creating a frustrating, tiring, hot, unsafe situation for women with small children trying to locate their cars in complete darkness....More

This review is limited to one of the restaurants at the hotel. I generally don’t eat at hotel restaurants. Given our schedule for this vacation, it found us at the Bricks Family Restaurant at the Legoland Resort for two nights in a row for dinner,...More

While some of the rides were decent overall this was a very poorly run amusement park which is way overpriced. There were showers on and off during our visit and the majority of the rides shut down in the rain. While this in itself seems...More

The employees were not happy to be at work. They seemed to just be going through the emotions and only 1 employee actually smiled at us and said have a great day. Just a little customer service skills training would be great for everyone. Also,...More

Went to LEGOLAND with my wife and my 2 year old because we got a half off promotion. I wouldn’t pay full price ($90) if I had to. The place is fun for younger kids but the park needs quite a facelift. The food is...More

Food is ok. Nothing special. There are lockers at the water park (not sure of other areas) but they were broken down and unable to make change the day I was there. Finally got one after a very long wait.
