We visited with two children aged 6 and 9 and both they and ourselves really enjoyed our visit. We spent 6 hours here! The staff were really friendly and spoke good English which was especially helpful for the children when we went to the "how to be a paleontologist" lesson which are run every hour or so. This was hosted by a very engaging and enthusiastic staff member who kindly translated everything into English for us even though the session was supposed to be in French.
I couldn't recommend enough for dinosaur and ice age fans. Also plenty of interesting stuff for adults to learn.
"Lots of cool facts about dinosaurs and realistic models" daughter age 9
"Loads of fun" son age 6

Beautiful moment in the forest discovering the creation of the universe. Very well explained, beautiful continuation of the evolution by period, very suitable for children, it is especially for them because it is very fun with workshops. but adults enjoy it too! Allow around 2 hours, it’s a place to see

A visit to do once if you come
Overall it's nice, I see in some comments to plan the day you shouldn't overdo it either.
Even if you read everything there is to note, one afternoon is more than enough.
