Skye was a wonderful and patient tour guide. He went over how to use a pedal ocean kayak and how to convert it to a paddling kayak when you’re in the mangroves. He knew quite a bit about the ecology and let us hold a sea urchin, showed us a tube anemone and pointed out huge whelks. We saw flock of common Mergansers feeding, snowy egrets, great egrets, white ibis, great blue herons, cormorants and osprey. Best of all, we got to see a bonnet shark up close and personal. Exciting!

I love to kayak but my shoulder makes it impossible. The pedal kayaking tour with Skye made it possible again! Skye was patient with me and very knowledgeable. We had a blast. Dolphins followed us. He tailored the tour to me.

being new to ocean kayaking and knowing that they have the area mapped out was very nice. they even had a laminated map you could take with you so you would know where you were at. The area was beautiful and the equipment felt taken care off. 10/10 would do this again

10/10 recommend! Joe was an amazing tour guide who made us constantly laugh and gave us "fun facts" about the water, sea life, and land! We saw beautiful manatees and befriended an adorable bird named "Terry". Though it was hot (HOT), the experience was worthwhile and would recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed not being on a time crunch and it felt like a true vacation.
Joe also provided dry bags for our belongings.
*would book the morning trip, not afternoon because of how hot it gets.

He did the 9:45 tour with Joe. He was both knowledgeable and hilarious. The best thing was that he has a genuine awe-filled respect for nature. There is something special about someone who clearly loves what they do. It was also clear that the other guides from other companies held him in high regard. They all knew him and greeted him. We saw 8 manatees. They swam right under our boats, lots of jellyfish, fish, and crabs. No dolphins on our trip, but with record hot water, that's not a surprise.
