Sad about last years incident. Even sadder they wont pull dead bodies from the building. I wont go here nor any other. Just disrepectful to the deceased and their famlies... shameful!

My wife got tickets for a gig here for when we were on holiday in Orlando - Adam Ant (not y choice !!!). Nice venue with decent acoustics, bar service and good views from our seats.

Both the service and food was great. Went twice and both times I sat at the bar. The bar staff were polite and friendly. As you would expect the cafe has a lot of memorabilia around the cafe so plenty to look at.

One of the better venues in Orlando, this is a great place to see any type of live show, although the acoustics can leave a little bit to be desired for some concerts. The Hard Rock brand is prevalent throughout the venue from the colors to the memorabilia to the great staff. Sitting in the front row of the balcony is ideal for most shows since the floor can be a bit of a free for all unless there is assigned seats. There are bars and a restroom upstairs which are a lot less crowded, although they do an old time “walk you to your seat” which can take a while but is nice. Be prepared to pay for parking at Universal unless you have an annual pass and be prepared for theme park drink prices as well. Overall a great venue that I know I will be back to. …

I have been to this venue many times and they tend to have the same issues each time. Though they certainly have self-serving pricing arrangements which are disadvantageous to customers (both in ticketing and concession pricing), I'd like to speak to their lack of customer focus within the venue. Their bathrooms are atrocious and get nastier as the show progresses. They do not maintain their bathrooms and despite having a bathroom attendant, whom certainly expects a tip for needlessly handing you a paper towel, no one actually keeps the bathrooms clean during the show. Management needs to make clean bathrooms a priority. During a reserved seating show, the venue doesn't have proper aisles extending down to the first two rows in front of the stage, which makes it inconvenient for those guests. Again for reserved seat shows, they also have an extremely small General Admission area which they constantly oversell in pursuit of extracting out a few more dollars from the potential patrons. The venue does have good acoustics, but the corporate mentality of profits first has a negative impact on the experience. I'd also note that the parking for the venue is not close by and is a decent amount of a walk from the venue.…
