A wonderful visit

I never saw such clear water. There are plenty of things to do from swimming to boating and fishing.

It was our first time camping for my family, it was a great experience and we love this place, extremely clean, very friendly staff. The swimming was awesome, planning to go back in Jan 2019.

Alexander Springs has many sites to choose from, and most provide a level of privacy. The canoe run is great, and the spring is very nice with a well-maintained beach area. It's a great, inexpensive place to spend a few days.

The springs in the Ocala area are a uniquely beautiful aspect of interior central Florida. They are as opposites to the theme parks as one can get here. Especially in the warmer part of the year they are a cool respite from the heat. Alexander...More

It costs $6 per PERSON, so it is expensive for what it is. It is nice and shallow for a long time, good for littles, and my kids enjoyed snorkeling and seeing little fish. Only one smallish entry point, and super duper crowded with the...More
