Love this park. Worth the $6.00 admission. Plenty of parking. Nice sized bathrooms to change and freshen up before going on beach or coming back to your car. They close bathrooms around 6pm so keep that in mind. Ramps go directly to the beach so...More

This area of beach is almost untouched by man. There are shells and trails throughout the facility and it had a very natural feel

Had family photos here in the evening. White Sands. Beautiful water. Pavilions and public bathrooms available. Liked the natural surroundings.

This was the most beautiful beach I've been too. There is a small fee to visit, but totally worth it.

This park is amazing! Restrooms, showers, picnic tables, easy access to the beach! Beautiful water. If my preteen, and teen boys can have fun here, anyone can!

This beach is WONDERFUL! We spent every day of our vacation at this beach. Very clean! Not crowded at all. Friendly staff. You pay $6.00 for an all day pass. You can even leave the park and come back if you keep your receipt.

Why would anyone not go to the state park? The public beach accesses in Destin are few and far between and even if you find a place to park and get there early, every one not in a condo will have their set up in...More

Florida state parks close at sunset. Could be 7 or 8 pm, or earlier. Yes, you can be on the beach, but not parked in the park. Anyone can wonder in from either side.

I am sure you can. They have fireworks at the boardwalk every Thursday, which is within 1/2 a mile.
