We just spent one night only. It was a recomendation and we couldn't wait to go into the swimmingpool unfortunately we did not have time. The staff was excellent and very professional, from reception to breackfast room. Excellet price for perfect service. Worth it to go back!!

Enjoyed a lovely lunch and drinks in the bar before we went to the spa. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. Good value too.

We booked our work Christmas party at the Tudor Park hotel, and were housed in the Sports Bar. It was okay - we felt a bit like the poor relations, having to walk through the entire hotel to get there, and then be smuggled out down a dark staircase on the way out because the door through the hotel was locked. The food wasn't bad but I was genuinely shocked at the price of drinks. £8.85 for a glass of wine. I almost fainted. I've paid less at significantly nicer hotels. As you're a captive audience at this sort of event, it really felt like they were taking the mickey.

Great location..plenty of parking...but we were given what they called the Sports Bar and it was so cold many of the men kept their coats on and Ladies were sharing scarfs and wraps to keep warm......the catering was excellent but the clearing up process was awful with plates and napkins left for ages before they were cleared up. As for the price of drinks I have paid less in the West End of London in much better surroundings and certainly better heated than the Tudor Park.

received a spa day as a present and was looking forward to the day. Staff on reception lovely but wasn't not really a spa day, No where to sit and chat or relax except the pool area or in the golfers bar area where no robes are allowed. £5 charge for a robe and towel, or bring your own. £6 for two small mugs of tea with a tea bag in. limited food choice and the food that was available was very expensive. spent most of the day in the golfers bar so we could sit comfortably and chat. 1 Spa treatment was very good with a very friendly therapist but the other a full body massage wasn't so as the therapist spent the whole 55 minutes moaning about the hotel, the staff, the clients she has to deal with and the poor wages she receives. So if you are looking for a relaxing day this may well not be the place for you.
