Are you a Lord of the Rings Fan, who really want to visit the Hobbit houses shown on the movies or at least curious to see them if you are not fan of the book/movies? If so, then you will enjoy it. Else the time can be spent on other places that you may like better. I had a great time there and loved it, but it depends on your interest.
