We drove up to Scholfied to view the fall Aspen colors. This is a dirt road that narrows the farther north you go to a one lane shelf road that is a bit scary. Emerald Lake is a beautiful area just before you arrive in...More

Great and beautiful ride from the views to the flowers and the trees. Trail heads have porta johns and parking. People are courteous and friendly. Challenging places with climbs, roots, rocks. Just awesome!

I'm not much of a hiker but this was a great trail to hike on. There were multiple trails for different comfort levels and the scenery was sweeet. This is a beautiful area.
