Beautiful back country scenery and an exciting drive to get to the pass. Amazing views and the streams were running full from a great snow season. We spent the afternoon by a waterfall on the east fork of the south fork of the Crystal River....More

It is hard to find a prettier place. This is a start (or end) to one of the greatest hikes in Colorado...Crested Butte to Aspen. I've been here many times and never tire of the drive or the views. I look forward to it every...More

So narrow and steep. No guard rails - you'll cry if you come to another car going in the opposite direction! Seriously!

Scenic route is incredible. So much so that when I took a picture from my window of my car the photo appeared well thought out and structured.

The actual pass is a little daunting, but the drive to it is one of the more spectacular drives in Colorado. Simply beautiful!

Not a technically challenging trail (devils punch bowl requires a little more skill), but extremely scenic. Some of the trails are slightly precarious with drop offs on either side. To travel the full trail I would definitely recommend short wheelbase, lifted, and a somewhat experienced...More
