I love to come here for walks alone, with my husband or friends. The park has multiple areas. It has two play areas , one for older kids and the younger ones. It has swings and a nice play area.
Also there is a cemented area with picnic tables with covered area and restrooms.
In the middle section is the hill with lemon trees on both sides you can walk up. It’s a very nice easy short 10 minutes or so walk up the hill. At top there is a very nice covered gazebo to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. I have taken a book with a cup of tea to sit and read and just relax.
There is a nice open grassy area where kids play games and has more picnic tables with bbq and also has walking paths with benches to sit and relax.
The park is very well maintained and a very nice place to go for walks etc.
it has ample parking as well.

At first we saw red flowers and white flowers. There were palm trees as well. There were mountains nearby.
There was a huge playground, painted in red. Kids like that!
My wife and I went immediately to the citrus. We had not seen that Wow!
We enjoyed looking at the citrus and how they grew.
We were here for two hours.
This a must see!

Visiting relatives with 6 yr old in the area and wanted to do an activity outside for an hour or so. Perfect for our purpose. We went for small hike, walk, she played on the playground, we sat at nice picnic table. There was a small Birthday party going on nearby. Plus plenty of shade

Nice little park with plenty of parking located off Portola and a nice walking path up the hill through the citrus groves. The groves remind me of growing up in this area in the 1960s. Located adjacent to the bike lanes/path to the Peter's Canyon Mountain to the Sea trail this park also features play areas and facilities should you need a toilet.

Always looking for new places to walk and see on Trip Advisor, this popped up. It is 35 minutes from where we live. The bulls eye on our target was watching the sun set from the top of the park. It is an easy climb and a dirt path. Very peaceful at the top. They have 2 playgrounds, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, clean restrooms and a grassy area to play frisbee or corn hole. Dogs on leashes with their masters were plentiful. Large free parking lot. Walking past the orange groves brought back memories of days gone by when Southern California was populated with thousands of orange trees.

Lots of parking.

My dog and I love to come to this park to walk the trail in the midst of the lemon grove. There is also a play area for children and there is a BBQ area for families.

Very clean and well maintained park. The views at the top of the park are astounding. There are always families there, couples walking dogs or people just out for a stroll. Good playground for kids too. Nice benches for me to sit and watch.

if you live in or near Tustin, this is a great park to visit. The playground is well designed and attracts both small and more adventurous kids. Shade is provided by trees which are getting bigger each year. There is an excellent facilities block and seating for parents or anyone wanting to rest a while.
On the hill above the park is a fully functioning orange orchard, with trails right up to the highest point where there is a small shelter. The walk up through the orange grove is easy, suitable for strollers and wheelchairs - although the latter might need some extra strength to go up.
From the top is easy to see all the way to Newport Beach and, on a clear day, out to Santa Catalina. Looking the other way, on a clear day, you can see all the way to Mt Baldy. A great spot to sit and have a drink (fountains provided or bring your own) and take in the view.
When the citrus is in blossom the smell of the flowers is magnificent, taking you back to the days when the whole basin was covered in citrus groves.
This is easy to get to from Irvine and as it is near the end of the road it feels almost rural edge. Worth a look if you are local.
