A lovely setting for a winery. But the wine was not very good. It was rather nasty, actually. We stood at a tiny table and a very unhappy server poured our wine, stated the name and walked away. No description, history, etc.

Even under COVID-19 restrictions, our visit to V. Sattui Winery was magnificent!! With some of the best wines in the area, you can’t go wrong taking a bottle and some of the many edibles available in the world-class deli out to the tables nestled around the beautifully designed and landscaped grounds of the vineyard to complete your tasting experience. This is a must see winery and one you’ll visit many times in the future. …

We had not planned to visit V. Sattui but the wildfires that were occurring at the time disrupted our schedule dramatically. We are so glad we went as it was a highlight of our honeymoon. Our tasting was in the garden, which was beautiful. I swear it looked like a garden drawn from a Victorian English novel, made even more stunning by the incredible views of the mountains surrounding us. And the wines were all superb. V. Sattui is one of the key Napa wineries that you need to visit. It has a great picnic area and plenty of food options. Most of all, it's a very inclusive experience. The prices are reasonable and it's a great environment overall!
