Wonderful exhibits, well versed docents and so much memorabilia in both the Pacific and European hangars. All well displayed. Lots of good art also.

This is a place where time stands still. Antique aircraft are displayed along with very interesting docents who may have actually flown in these during WWII. An experience not to be missed especially by the people too young to remember the last “good” war.

The museum maintains a variety of old airplanes; however, WWII seems to be a focus. The airplanes are quite interesting as are the docents, many of whom are WWII vets.

We rented a car near LAX. Sixt car rental. Drove to Palm Springs. Just a couple of hours on a Sunday. Saw the train station though.

This is on their website..... And we’re pet friendly to friendly pets. We’re open every day from 10AM to 5PM (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and February 16, 2018). FREE PARKING
