The museum is worthy of a visit with its beautiful, well-located building and sculpture garden and with its varied collection and temporary special exhibits. We saw a special exhibit on art glass, for example, with beautiful pieces including work by Dale Chihuly and others. There...More

This has always been a favorite place to visit while in Palm Springs. The exhibits are always interesting and the permanent collection features western art plus an outdoor sculpture garden. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant located within the museum. Excellent food there!

We stopped by this museum because we had a few hours to kill before we could get into our house and it’s close to the airport. What a treat! It’s big, with numeroys rooms and collections you would not expect to see here. There are...More

Like the title says, the PS Art Museum is full of beauties on permanent or temporary display. Surprisingly high quality for a small city, thanks to very generous benefactors. Also, see the “branch office” in Palm Desert.

This art museum is impressive. Large open species make viewing easy- great selection of artworks. The museum store is worth a visit too. Plan to spend two hours here, then go down the road to the architectural museum- also worth a visit

Dropped into the PSAM after hiking the Museum Trail, expecting to stay a few minutes. The building is very visitor friendly. Big enough to house and display interesting art yet not huge like MOMA. Stayed for 1.5 hours and could have stayed longer. Recommend.

Absolutely! More than most museums this size, but handicap parking is plentiful in Palm Springs with its population of oldsters. Parking is also near a wheelchair/walker ramp to the elevators.
