It is a theme park of old Japanese townscape. "Ninja" walks in the park. There is also a show time for the ninja. It is fun! 夏に行きました。宝探しイベントをやっていて、なんとなく参加したら、思ったより難しく、楽しかったです。

It's basically a historical theme park, with a few games and shows to check out. It's not exactly 100% historical realism but it's nicely set up.

This area is built like old Japan. They have several shows with ninja, mazes, action with sword fights. People are friendly, they have translations in English, Korean, Chinese too. It was a quick trip but fun!

Would recommend this place for families with teenagers or young children alike. The village offers an insight into the Japanese Edo period, as well as myths and urban legends (monsters, creatures etc.) Got to experience it firsthand through the walking mazes etc. The village also...More

According to the website, you can rent costumes at one of the small shops. I do not recall the cost, and I did not see anyone walking around in kimonos while we were there.
