Educational and worth a look. If for nothing else, to see the location. Steps away from the tide pools if it is low tide and you are willing to get your feet wet. The place is not large and you won't be there for hours,...More

very small but hands on place with different species of fish and jellyfish. Collection of whale bones and skulls. The outside area has a variety of cactus and great views of the ocean. The price was too high for such a small place.

The volunteers and other educators here are wonderfully invested in the welfare of the ocean and have become well-informed and able to educate visitors. This is a beautiful installation, quite accessible with good parking. We were able to touch living starfish and a sea cucumber!
