Though the stadium is small, but the background views of Dauldhar behind is just amazing. There is one section marked for visotors, and when we went there there was a practice match going on, and you get a feel of Live match.

All stands I believe offer stunning view of the snow clad Himalayas but as a match spectator only you may have access to all. For the tourist, only one stand is open but it too offers fascinating views.
