Beautiful sandy beach with lovely clean blue sea water ... definitely not like the sea at Blackpool!

This beach has been a favourite over many years. Gorgeous sand, completely unspoilt. The views to sea are fabulous and the surfing great.

Excellent area but beware if you visit the YMCA cafe make sure you enter your car registration. I did not see any terminal and was not advised by staff to do so . I paid in cash so could not prove I was a customer...More

This is a great family beach. A few rocks, a bit of surf and a lot of sand. What more do you need? Well looked after too by lifeguards.

I've visited this beach on numerous occasions for 35 years with fond memories. After 10 years since my last visit I was glad to see it remains pretty unspoilt.

Visited last week for the first time in about five years. Still as beautiful as ever. They now have a beach cafe right at one end of the beach which stretches a good way.

Regularly visit this beach all year round. Soft sand, great surf with lifeguards in summer months. Plenty of space even when busy. Coffee and ice cream available at entrance to beach. Plenty of nearby parking....£4 a day.....well worth a visit.
