We found the aesthetics of the buildings and the crafts to be absolutely fascinating. The style is unique and you can watch some of the metalwork being done. They have beautiful bells made of copper or clay and no two are alike. We ended up...More

I always enjoy a trip to this tranquil unique place. It is such a joy to just sit and listen to the bells on a windy day. We own several Soleri Bells and have enjoyed them for many years, I highly recommend you visit.

This is a great place to visit if you like culture. Cosanti was an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright for a short while. Take the tour. The guides are very informative. If you are there at the right, time you can watch the bells being...More

No tours offered when we visited in Nov 2017. Don't know where the interesting pictures were taken - certainly not at the shop. I wanted a Soleri bell - love windchimes. Nothing inside the shop was appealing enough to justify the price but I bought...More

Recently visited the Cosanti house. As we walked into the gift shop the employee that was there just glared at us, no hi or welcome to...we were ignored!! Most of the areas were closed due to maintenance updates. The bells were cool to see. Would...More

Well, this is an interesting stop, but don't expect too much. They offer a tour in the AM for either 10- 15$ which we didn't take, but the place is pretty strange and worth a quick visit. The buildings are really interesting and it would...More

This site serves as the foundry, the visitor center and the shop for incredible wind sculptures. If you read about the foundation and the work that they do before going to the location, it makes owning one of their bells or wind chimes that much...More

Cosanti Originals was a most unusual stop while I was visiting Phoenix in late February. I had heard that the windbells were very unusual and that Paolo Soleri was a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright. So I thought the windbells would be more along the...More

A remarkable place, built on the vision of a remarkable man: Paolo Soleri. Self-guided - children will love it as well as it has a kind of Hobbit feel in places. Hard to imgaine now what it was like when it was miles out from...More

Fascinating historical site of Frank Lloyd Wright student Cosanti’s architectural philosophy, as well as the famous Solari wind chimes. While interesting, there’s not much to see without taking a paid tour.

The foundry is outside but in s shaded area. The store is cool. Our first visit was in August, and it was not uncomfortable in the mid-morning.
