We just did the tour and really enjoyed the conversations we had with Elisa. We have visited two neighboroods that are not usually visited by tourists and made great discoveries. Perfect time to ask also all of our questions about Argentina. Let’s be honest as...More

You are right. The Caballito Through the Ages tour includes city landmarks that deviate from the typical must-see tourist stops, so travelers can have an authentic local experience. Thanks for the kind review!

We indeed got off the beaten track with Elisa. Had a very informative and interesting tour in the Caballito barrio of BA. Visited an old market, an old barbershop/coffee shop, a milongas bar/dance hall, a very ornate church, a very French type of cafe and...More

Hey, thank you very much for such a lovely review of my Caballito Through the Ages tour! I’m glad you were delighted by a part of the city travelers don’t usually get to see.

The Dictators tour was very informative and thought provoking. Not only did Elisa provide official information about the dictatorship and detention centers, she was able to provide personal stories from friends and family that really added to the impact of the tour. I had a...More

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed my In the Foosteps of Dictators tour and that you could learn more about the dark side of our history and the mothers of Argentina's 'disappeared'. Thanks for the nice review!

I highly recommend taking a tour with Elisa. She was an excellent guide! Very friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. We took the Dictators and Auschwitz of Argentina tour. We learned a lot about the hard times and political turmoil during the Dirty War. Elisa was...More

We had a great afternoon with Elisa, I really can recommend that. We went to so many interesting places where we would never have gone, and as a "normal" tourist, you would never go there. But it was absolutely worth every minute and Dollar, and...More

The custom tour we did provided a fascinating introduction into the history of tango, exploring the gems off the beaten track in the heart of the city. Thank you very much for such a lovely and detailed review!

My husband and I did two tours with Elisa and enjoyed both the tours and Elisa very much. The Caballito tour was a part of the city we had never seen in our 3 visits to B.A. A market, a historic barber shop/tango bar, a...More

My husband and I joined Elisa for three of her wonderful tours. She took us to all kinds of interesting and quirky places you would never find on your own, the oldest pharmacy which is still operating, tea houses from a mother era, atmospheric milongas,...More

Yes, the Caballito Through the Ages tour is the tour to experience the real Buenos Aires. Thank you so much for that very detailed review! I really appreciate it!

We did both the Caballito Through the Ages Tour and the Jewels Off the Beaten Path Tour on separate days. Enjoyed both of them. Elisa's English is good, and she gives you quite a different, more intimate appreciation of B.A. than you'd get from one...More

You are right travelers won’t find any tourists because the Caballito neighborhood is really off the beaten path. I try to take travelers to routes that usually they wouldn't take as they're not very "touristy" as my philosophy is to go beyond the touristic point...More
