You don't really visit this mountain, but it is with you everyday you are here. It is great to get it in the background of many of your photos as you explore the island.

Staying in a 2BR bungalow at the St. Regis Bora Bora, we had an incredible view of Mt. Otemanu. It's hard to believe that something as dangerous as it can be created something so beautiful. I have to admit, ever since visiting Bora Bora, going...More

We loved our room we could see the main island. The mountain was beautiful even when it rained, foggy and clear. We could sit outside on our deck and take pictures and enjoy it all the time. We got to see it up close when...More

Saw this from all angels during our lagoon tour and had a perfect view from our bungalow as well. Feel blessed to have seen this in person. Very impressive,

Our over-the-water-bungalow had a balcony facing Mt. Otemanu. So that was a daily vista - before and during sunrise and sunset. A magnificient view when we were on our balcony. But you can see it from anywhere in Bora Bora or resorts there. The boat...More

Otemanu doesn't seem all that much on pictures, but once you are in front of it it just makes such an imposing presence. Right now it is signature stamp of bora-bora and it is rightfully so. After several days you will start using it as...More

This mountain is so large it's visible from just about anywhere near Bora Bora. Mount Otemanu is the largest of the two peaks and Mount Pahia is the other. There's not much between them in size, and together they are a spectacle that's hard to...More

Rented a scatter for half day for $80.00 and it was money well spent. Went around the whole island and saw many beautiful scenery and hit the local restaurant and bar. People are so friendly and the sellers are not pushy at all. Loved it!
