Stopped to go to the Bakery, next door. But wandered in, it has some very lovely things. Jewelry, paintings, large & very small. No pressure, we purchased some very unique earrings. Support the locals!

We stopped here to see a particular artist's work. Girdwood is a nice looking ski resort area. Worth a stop for the resort and the arts center.

GCVA is located right next to the Girdwood Bake Shop and Sitzmark Restaurant. It is filled with literally thousands of items by dozens of local artists. Prices are much lower than a typical resort-area gallery, because this coop is run by artist volunteers. Most items are priced in the $10-$50 range, but many are less and some original artworks for more.…

This is a really wonderful, small town art gallery located next door to the famous Bake Shop restaurant. The art is all local, and extremely creative, and tasteful..A true must visit of you appreciate local art.

Wonderful little shop, original natives designs at good prices. Very fun to make a stop and talk to the locals.
