Overview
See how cocoa flowers can end up as a chocolate bar during a private visit at Eden Chocolate. Begin with a tour of the plantation to see the growing techniques and how cocoa beans are fermented and dried. Your chocolate adventure doesn't stop there. It's your turn to roast, grind, conch, and refine the beans. Then you're ready to make and devour your very own chocolate bonbons.
