Food is obviously the main reason for a farmer's market. Buying locally grown produce helps local farmers and the local economy. Plus, the homemade pies and cakes, jams and jellies, pickles and chow-chow are just awesome. Then there are craftsman made items like plaques and...More

Fresh produce, soaps, lotions and handmade goods. We got a few pound cakes to share and they were delicious. It's located in a great area by the river.

This farmers market is constantly full of vendors and shoppers alike. On nice days this is a great place to visit especially because of it's location on the riverwalk. I've seen people bringing their dogs, too.
